No cat suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from, any infectious or contagious diseases can be accepted. All cats will be examined on arrival, and the proprietor reserves the right to refuse admission to any cat showing any sign of ill health pending advice from a veterinary surgeon. Owners will appreciate that this is essential in order to safeguard the health of all cats boarded. Veterinary attendance is assured (should it be considered necessary) and any treatment prescribed by a veterinary surgeon will be continued during the cat's stay. Male cats over the age of nine months that have not been neutered cannot be boarded as they present an infection hazard. All cats MUST be immunised against Feline Infectious Enteritis
and Upper Respiratory Infections (Cat 'Flu). Owners MUST produce an up-to-date
inoculation certificate on arrival. Owners are also kindly requested to ensure their cat's flea and worm treatment is up to date. Visitors are politely requested not to touch any cat other than their own. Only a very few seasoned travellers take kindly to journeys. With this in mind owners are strongly advised to put their cat into a suitable basket or carrier when carrying the cat in a strange environment. Only the best food is provided, prepared in hygienic conditions. Special
diets can be provided, normally at no extra cost. Regular mealtimes are
strictly adhered to. Adult cats are fed twice daily, kittens and older
cats according to their special requirements. |
